The Restaurant

Named for the ancient cousin of the harp, Lyre is our à la carte restaurant — an unassuming room on the ground floor, a terrace opening onto the sand, and a menu that breathes with the seasons.

The kitchen works in several voices: Continental, Asian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, fusion. All of it touched by the reef, by the mood of the day, and by the quiet confidence of a hotel that believes in doing one thing well.
